COVID-19 restrictions may delay shipping to some states beyond our control. Please allows up to 3 additional business days.
* Free standard shipping (Australia only) to selected post codes for all orders over $50 and up to 5kg.
For Standard delivery, please allow 4-7 business days.^^
Standard Delivery Rates:
- Orders up to 500g: Standard delivery rate $5.95
- Orders 500g up to 5kg (under $50): Standard delivery rate $9.95
- Orders 5kg +: Standard delivery rate $24.95
For Express delivery, please allow 1-3 business days.^^
Express Delivery Rates:
- Orders up to 5kg (under $50): Express delivery rate $12.95**
- Orders up to 5kg (over $50): Express delivery rate $9.95**
- Orders 5kg +: Not Available
Express delivery, next business day to selected post codes.^^

Orders submitted after 12pm Friday may not be processed until the next business day (Monday).
Delivery times may be longer than normal for orders placed during popular promotions and around seasonal events and public holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.
All orders require a signature for delivery.
Dangerous goods (DGs) are items that can cause problems during transportation, i.e. explosive, flammable or corrosive. Safety regulations prohibit many DGs from being shipped by air. Haircare Superstore does not offer Express Delivery for parcels containing DGs as they may be air transported, however we can deliver them by Regular Delivery.
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email to notify you that it's on its way. It will include your unique eParcel tracking number

New Zealand Orders
New Zealand orders incur a flat rate shipping of $35(AUD) up to 5kg.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order or your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be in touch with you in a jiffy.
If your order is returned to us, the orignal shipping fees will be held as a restocking fee.
Once you've completed your order with Haircare Superstore we will not request any further payments. Beware of communications asking you for shipping payments and do not enage with the email or sms.
