e-Gift Cards

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF e-GIFT CARDS

The gift cards are issued by Haircare Superstore Pty Ltd (Company) ABN 11 641 085 243

By purchasing or using, or attempting to use, the gift card you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Use.

Purchasing e-Gift Cards

e-Gift cards can be purchased at haircaresuperstore.com.au (the online store) and redeemable only at haircaresuperstore.com.au. All e-gift cards can be loaded with the following amounts $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, $250, and $300. e-Cards can be sent to the recipient by ticking the box next to "I want to send this as a gift". This allows you to input their email address, name (optional), message (optional), and select the date you want it to be sent.

Using your e-Gift Card

You can use the e-gift card to purchase any goods available from the online store. Once the transaction has been completed your e-gift card balance will be reduced by the purchase amount. You can use your e-gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero or the expiry date has passed. The e-gift card is not redeemable for cash and un-used money will remain as credit on the e-card balance. The card may used as part payment with the balance being made up with other legal tender accepted on the online store. The card is not reloadable and cannot be used for a cash advance.

Exclusions for use of e-Gift Cards

In this event your e-gift card cannot be used, please contact the help desk at customerservice@haircaresuperstore.com.au

Validity and Expiry of Gift Cards

Your gift card will be valid for use for 3 years from the purchase date. Any balance that remains after this date will not be available for use and will not be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Treat your e-card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. You are responsible for the use and safety of your gift card. You are liable for all transactions on your e-gift card.

In-salon use

e-Gift Cards cannot be used at our salon. Salon gift cards can be purchased here.
