Like many small businesses, our vision has evolved along the journey — and we’re incredibly excited for this next chapter of HCSS Salon within a boutique salon collective in Richmond, NSW.

In partnership with Uber Hair & Co, HCSS Salon will soon offer personalised hair appointments designed around thoughtful consultations, realistic haircare routines, and ongoing support beyond the salon chair.

You arrive with an idea of how you want to feel — lighter, more put-together, more like yourself again. Maybe you’ve saved a few inspo pics, maybe you’re drawing a complete blank. Either way, we’ll guide you by asking the right questions and making sure we truly understand what you’re hoping for before anything else happens.

From the moment you sit down, the focus is on you — your hair, your lifestyle, the season you’re in, and how much time and energy you realistically want to give your hair between visits. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is assumed.

Throughout your appointment, we talk you through what we’re doing and why. You’re never left guessing what’s happening or what comes next — you understand how each choice supports the long-term health of your hair and scalp.

When you leave, our goal isn’t just that your hair looks good. It’s that you feel confident about it — not wondering if you should have asked more questions or unsure how to maintain it.
