Your photo, video, or review might be exactly what someone needs to choose the right product. Share a moment with your recent HCSS purchase — a texture squeeze, a routine step, or a simple unboxing — and submit privately or tag us publicly.

Mix and match!

You can submit UGC, product reviews, and store reviews all in the same month — everything counts toward that month’s draw.

Because real people showing real products is more helpful than any fancy photoshoot… and because we’re building a community that shares tips, celebrates great hair days, and occasionally cries together over frizz.

Your clip might be the gentle nudge someone needs to feel seen, supported, and confident choosing their haircare.

How It Works

Share a Photo or Video

Fill out the quick entry form, at the bottom of this page, once per month so we can pop you into that month’s draw.
Post or submit your photo(s) or video(s) using one of the two entry methods below.

After that, every new photo or video you share that month = 2 entries.

Private submission – If you don't have a public account, or simply camera shy – email your photo or video to ugc@haircaresuperstore.com.au

Go to the product page for the item you purchased and scroll to the review section at the bottom.

Leave a star rating and a written review — that’s it!
Leave us a store review* — 2 entries Share your overall shopping experience by No entry form needed for reviews. *Only one per customer.

Who can join the fun?

Anyone in Australia aged 18+ who’s purchased from Haircare Superstore.

(Yes, gifts count — as long as they were bought from us. We love a generous friend.)

When does it all happen?

Entries are open forever and ever.

Every month, like clockwork, we pick two winners:
