Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Yep! If you’ve changed your mind, you can request a return within 120 days — as long as it’s unused and in the original packaging. Just a heads-up: return postage is on you, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
If something turns up damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a few clear photos, and we’ll get it sorted.
Because of hygiene and safety, we can’t take change-of-mind returns on things like opened products, electrical tools, brushes, accessories, towels, aerosols, clearance items or gift cards — but if something’s faulty, your Aussie consumer rights still apply.
