SECTION 21 - CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN LAW

Guarantees and Warranties
At RLLB Pty Ltd, we stand behind our products and comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees from each specific manufacturer that cannot be excluded under the ACL. RLLB Pty Ltd is not liable for major failure of any products sold online or with our in-store partners. All claims of major failure must be submitted to the manufacturer.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Acceptable Quality
All products sold by RLLB Pty Ltd are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, which means they are safe, lasting, have no faults, and are fit for all the purposes for which such goods are commonly supplied. This means our products will:

• Match the description made available on our website.
• Match any sample or demonstration model shown to you.
• Be fit for any purpose we have specified.

Right to Replacement, or Refund
If an item you purchased from RLLB Pty Ltd has a major problem, as defined by the ACL, you may choose a refund or exchange. A major problem includes situations where a product:

• Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it had you known about the problem.
• Is significantly different from the sample or description provided.
• Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
• Is unsafe.

For products that fail to be of acceptable quality but do not have a major failure either a replacement or a refund.

Procedure to Claim
To initiate a claim under these guarantees, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, and a description of the problem. Our team will contact the manufacturer who will guide us through the process of returning the product, at which point it will be assessed to determine if you are eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund.
