Haircare Superstore Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Overview
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Haircare Superstore (RLLB Pty Ltd ABN 11 641 085 234) and approved participants in our Affiliate Program.
By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.Β

Eligibility & Approval
All applications are subject to review and approval.
We aim to partner with individuals who align with our values and commitment to providing genuine, high-quality haircare recommendations.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn:

10% commission on haircare products

5% commission on accessories and electrical items
Commission is calculated on the order value excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.
Tracking & Attribution
- Each affiliate will receive a unique tracking link (and may be issued a code) and is responsible for ensuring their link or code is used correctly when promoting products.
- Affiliates must not modify, tamper with, or attempt to manipulate tracking links.
- Commission is only payable on sales that are successfully tracked through an affiliateβs unique link or approved code.
- Haircare Superstore is not responsible for commissions on sales that cannot be attributed to an affiliate due to links or codes not being used correctly.

A 30-day cookie window applies

Commission is awarded on a last-click basis, meaning the last affiliate link clicked before purchase will receive the commission.
Haircare Superstore is not responsible for lost tracking due to:
- Incorrect link usage
- Ad blockers
- Cookie restrictions
Payment Terms
- At the end of each calendar month, Haircare Superstore will provide affiliates with a commission summary outlining total sales and commission earned.
- Commission is calculated after a 30-day holding period from the end of the calendar month to allow for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
- Affiliates must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and submit a valid tax invoice for the approved commission amount in order to receive payment. The invoice must match the commission summary provided.

Payments will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a valid invoice.
- Haircare Superstoreβs tracking and reporting will be used to determine commission amounts and will be considered final.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their invoice details are accurate. Any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete invoices may result in delayed payment.

Haircare Superstore is not responsible for any tax obligations incurred by affiliates.
TLDR: Payment Process
To make things simple, hereβs how it works in practice:
- You generate sales in March
- We allow a 30-day holding period for any returns or refunds (April)
- In early May, we send you your final commission summary
- You send us an invoice for that amount
- We process your payment within 7 business days
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Commission is only paid on completed, non-refunded orders after a 30-day holding period.
- If an order is refunded, cancelled, or disputed after commission has been calculated or paid, Haircare Superstore reserves the right to adjust or deduct the commission from future payments.
Acceptable Promotion
Affiliates agree to:
- Promote products honestly and accurately
- Only recommend products they genuinely believe in
- Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer laws
- Only use discount codes that are officially provided or approved by Haircare Superstore.
Affiliates must NOT:
- Make false or misleading claims
- Use unauthorised discount codes
- Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any activity that may damage the reputation of Haircare Superstore.
- Promote products on discount, coupon, or deal websites without prior approval.
- Misrepresent their relationship with Haircare Superstore
Paid Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates must not:
- Run paid ads using βHaircare Superstoreβ or variations of our brand name
- Bid on branded keywords in search engines
- Direct traffic from paid ads to their affiliate link without approval
Self-Referral
Affiliates are not permitted to earn commission on their own purchases.
Content & Brand Use
Affiliates may use approved brand assets where provided.
Haircare Superstore reserves the right to request removal of any content that:
- does not align with brand values
- is misleading or inappropriate
No Guarantee of Earnings
Haircare Superstore does not guarantee any level of income or success through participation in the Affiliate Program.
Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required, including:

- or similar transparent wording
Termination
Haircare Superstore reserves the right to:
- suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time
- withhold unpaid commissions if these Terms are breached or misuse is suspected
Changes to the Program
We may update these Terms & Conditions, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Limitation of Liability
Haircare Superstore is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- tracking or technical issues beyond our control
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
