The festive season is here — and we want to make sure your haircare gifts and holiday minis arrive right on time. Below you’ll find our Christmas delivery cut-offs, express options, and our warehouse holiday closure details so you can shop with confidence.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

To guarantee* Christmas delivery, please place your order before the following dates:

Standard Shipping

  • NSW: Friday 19 December

  • All other states & territories: Wednesday 17 December

Express Shipping

  • Australia-wide: Monday 22 December

*Guarantee is based on Australia Post’s delivery timeframes. Once parcels are lodged, delivery times are outside our control — but we’ll ensure everything leaves our warehouse on time.

Warehouse Holiday Closure

Our team will be taking a short break to rest and recharge over Christmas.

  • Closed from: Tuesday 24 December at 12:00 pm

  • Reopening on: Wednesday 1 January at 12:00 pm

We may process and dispatch a small number of orders during this period, but there are no guarantees. If your order is needed before New Year’s, please place it early.

All orders placed during the closure will be dispatched in order of date/time received once we reopen.
