Step one: Apply shampoo to wet hair and massage gently through the hair and scalp.

Step two: Repeat if needed

Step three: Apply conditioner through mid-lengths and ends.

Step four: Comb through and massage in.

Step five: Allow to absorb for 1-2mins.

Step six: Rinse thoroughly.
