- New Zealand: $35 flat rate (up to 5kg)

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but can't be found, contact us at customerservice@haircaresuperstore.com.au and lodge an AusPost enquiry so we have a case to reference:
Returns
Return Windows
- Change of mind: 120 days (item must be unused in original packaging)
- Damaged/incorrect items: 30 days from delivery
How to Start a Return
Email customerservice@haircaresuperstore.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Return Costs
- Change of mind: Customer pays return postage + 10% restocking fee may apply
- Damaged/incorrect items: We cover return costs
- Use tracked postage - we're not responsible for returns lost in transit

- Hygiene-sensitive items (brushes, hair accessories, towels)
- Opened or used products
- Final sale/clearance items and gift cards
Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges: Dispatched within 3 business days of approval
- Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days
Faulty Products
Stop using the product immediately. Email us with photos showing the fault and batch/serial number if available. Manufacturer warranties apply - see product page for details.
